The Darrin-McHone Arts Gallery is located in the historic Smith House in downtown Harrisonburg. Since 2009, the Arts Council has presented over 65 month-long exhibitions in the Darrin-McHone Gallery space. Exhibition openings take place on the first Friday of the month in conjunction with downtown Harrisonburg's First Fridays program.
Arts Council visual art shows feature work by leading professional artists from the Shenandoah Valley or group shows created by faculty and students from local universities, colleges, and public schools.
Open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Free.
