Visit the Martinsville-Henry County Historical Museum to discover the wonderful secrets of the area. On display are artifacts concerning the tobacco industry on which the local economy was founded as well as artifacts and photos from recent industries and businesses. Many of which are unique and not available elsewhere.
There are items from local drug stores of earlier days. There are photos and items from the Civil War, World War I and World War II on display as well. You'll even see the local National Guard Company that was in the first wave at Normany on D-Day, June 6, 1944. We invite you to see, learn and listen to the wonderful stories from the past.
