The P. Buckley Moss Museum is located in Waynesboro, Virginia in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. The Museum houses the permanent collection of renowned artist, Patricia Buckley Moss and offers a retrospective of the artist's achievements in her life and art. The collections include early religious art, the Virginia Collection, and other modernistic styles not commonly associated with Pat's distinctive Valley Style. There are periodic special exhibits.
The daughter of a Sicilian-born mother and an Irish-American father, Pat developed her artistic interests at an early age. As a young student, Pat was labeled "unteachable," only to discover later in life that dyslexia was the cause of her learning difficulties. This learning difference inspired her to communicate through her art. Today, Pat continues to paint and uses her images to support many charitable endeavors.
P. Buckley Moss opens her home, The Barn, for signing four times a year for the Museum Open House and Barn Show.
