Tour the streets that now cover the grounds of the Battle of Waynesborough. Stop at the newly renovated Plumb House Museum, which was between the battle lines, and learn the story of the Battle of Waynesborough. The Plumb House Museum is home to many Civil War artifacts, Plumb Family artifacts, Birds & Butterfly collections, and Native American artifacts. Restoration continues on this piece of history that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Virginia Landmarks Register, and Virginia Civil War Trails.
