The museum features its permanent collection of American, Southeast American, Judith Leiber, Regional, Visionary, and Folk Art with notable touring exhibitions from collections around the globe.  Its unique contemporary building includes a three-story Atrium, balcony overlook to the Roanoke Star, ten beautiful art filled galleries, and Art Venture, an interactive space for youth and families.  Art Venture offers daily fun hands-on art making stations in painting, drawing, theater play, building, and printing (children $5, adults free).
