This semi-private club has 18 holes and a par 71. The facilities include a pro shop, locker rooms, snack bar and a beverage cart. The approximately 100-acre course was built in 1952. It boasts one remarkable distinction-the course record of 59 was shot by golfing great Ben Hogan in the late 1950's. Arnold Palmer has also played this course. Goose Creek holds member tournaments and company outings. There are discounted rates for seniors, juniors and twilight hours. Players find it popular because of its easy accessibility and rapid play. Because it's shorter that the normal course, players can play 18 holes in three-and-a half to four hours.
