If you are looking for some of the best trout fly fishing waters on the east coast, Meadow Lane is the place for you. We have 2.5 miles of acclaimed, private Virginia trout fly-fishing water. Our stretch of water offers every level for the beginner to expert fly-fisherman (we also have practice ponds). Located in beautiful Bath County, we are nestled in the Allegheny Mountains of Virginia just 15 miles from the West Virginia state border, 3 hrs. from Richmond and 1½ hours from either Charlottesville or Roanoke. There is no rod fee for our guests; trout fly-fishing is included in our room rates. We are excited to announce that beginning in the spring of 2007; we will be offering professionally guided boat trips to Lake Moomaw for spin and/or fly fishermen.
