Overall Run Falls has the highest drop of all the waterfalls in Shenandoah National Park. The moderately difficult hike to the falls is approximately 6.4 miles roundtrip and provides views of the towering 93 foot fall and of the Shenandoah Valley and Massanutten Mountain to the west. You'll have rock ledges to sit on as you enjoy the scene.
It is not recommended to visit during the summer because it tends to dry out; however, after a heavy rain or in the spring or fall, you can really view the beauty of this steep waterfall.
