Come enjoy a fine day on a Virginia trout stream with your guide, John Roberts, a wily veteran of 55 trout fishing seasons.  Virginia has many miles of wild trout waters as well as several Special Regulation areas, many of which are stocked with Rainbow Brown and Brook trout. The spectacular  native Brook trout may be found in many mountain headwater streams.Trips available for novice, intermediate and expert fishermen. Streamside lunch provided on all day trips. Half day and all day trips are offered. Our Introduction to Fly-fishing trips are always educational and fun and frustration free. Learn the basic casting skills, knots, equipment, basic entomology, safety and other skills needed to become a proficient angler. Trips to Buffalo Creek, Back Creek, the Jackson and native Brookie waters are usually on the menu. Most equipment provided. Weekly updates on our website for hatches and water levels. Lodging is available in our downtown Lexington B&B, A B&B at Llewellyn Lodge, your hosts John and Ellen have welcomed travelers for over 27 years. Easy walk to all the restaurants, museums and shops downtown. Hiking, golf, horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, tubing and more closeby.
