Have you wanted an up close and personal look at a boutique winery? Stay at a spacious restored, 3 bedroom 1900 village farm house,The House on Water Street, in Sperryville and tour Berry Hill Vineyard in nearby Flint Hill with Dave and Joanne Hilty to experience the intimacy of family winemaking. For eight years they sold wine grapes to local vineyards and made wine for themselves so desirable that they established their own small winery to share it. They offer Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, exclusively. These red wines are handcrafted by the family, picking, crushing, fermenting and individual bottling, corking, labeling and capping. In limited quantities, under 70 cases annually, their Cabernet Franc is one of the smoothest, balanced wines you may have ever tasted! Their rustic tasting room and barrel aging rooms are open by appointment. This unforgettable visit is all about the wines!

An added value while at Berry Hill Vineyard is the option to taste aging wines directly from the barrels and experience complex body and aromas. Wine is available for purchase. Discounts for quantities of 3 bottles, 6 bottles and by the case. 10% discount at the House on Water Street for group of 4-6 for 2 nights.

Price: 10% discount for 4-6 guests at the house. Discounts for wine purchase of 3 or more bottles
