Summer & Fall Overnight Group Rates: (kitchenette w/ 3 refridgerators & 1 freezer, laundry, shower, restrooms,10 cots & air mattresses and large fireplace firewood included) Weekday Rate $350.00 per night for up to 10 people. Weekend: $450.00 for up to 10 people. 2-night minimum. $10.00 per additional person. Weekly Rate: $2,550.00 for up to 10 people. $45.00 per additional person for the week. (Scouts and children under 15 are $5 per additional guest.)
