This newly decorated home is spacious and sunny. There is a Florida room with a futon that makes a double bed and the large family room has a full-size sleeper sofa. There is a large porch for relaxing and dining. Our house has central ac and several ceiling fans. Amenities include beautiful waterfront location,color TV, DVD, VCR, AM/FM/CD stereo, a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Smith Mtn. Lake is known for fishing; and we have 175 feet of shoreline to test your skill. The covered boat dock is available for fishing, mooring your boat, or watching the sunset.
