The J. Patrick House Bed & Breakfast is a Farm House built in 1840 ideally located in the heart of historic Loudoun County Virginia and “ DC’s Wine Country”. Located in the Village of Philomont just 8 miles north of Middleburg and Rt. 50 and 6 miles south of Rt.7 and Purcellville. Snickersville Turnpike, is an historic byway that runs through Virginia’s scenic Horse Country and Historic Towns and Village. Be a tourist, a wine taster, a biker or a hiker or just come sit on the front porch and relax with a cool drink.

The J. Patrick House has four spacious guest rooms. Rooms are appointed with a mix of antiques and curiosities. We have three private baths the fourth has a shared bath.
