The current owner is the 4th great-grandson of Thomas Nelson, Jr.(Governor, Signer of the Declaration of Independence, Brig. General of the Virginia Militia). One half block from the restored Village of Yorktown and two blocks from Yorktown's beach and Riverwalk along the York River, everything is within walking distance.
