The Second Floor has 2 Private Bedrooms with Full beds, Full Bath and Reading Balcony Overlooking the living room.

The Lower Level has a Family Room with Full bed, Full Bath, Game Room with Pool Table and a Patio overlooking the Smith River.

The Smith River Retreat offers Privacy not far from Martinsville Speedway. There are lots of things to do with the Blue Ridge Parkway, Philpott Lake, Fairy Stone State Park, Town of Floyd, Floyd Country Store, Meadows of Dan and Chateau Morrisette Winery all within a short drive from the house.

Enjoy a Civil War Reenactment, Highland Games, Strawberry Festival and Car Shows.

Listen to music at the Covered Bridge Festival, Wayside Bluegrass Festival, Beach Music Festival or the Virginia State Peach Festival and Folk Fair.

Also available with the Smith River Retreat is the River Woods Cottage together they accommodate 15 people.
