Free Ride Every Day is a courtesy shuttle operated by the Downtown Norfolk Council. FRED can transport five passengers around downtown.

FRED is a green vehicle with its environmentally friendly battery power and solar roof.

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Saturday: 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
