Altavista Commons has become one of Campbell County's most popular shopping centers. The main anchor is Wal-Mart, but the center offers other shopping amenities such as Shoe Show, Dollar Tree, and Goodwill. Franks Pizza and Applebees offer a variety of dining opportunities while you are at the center.

Altavista Commons is located on Bypass 29 just north of Altavista. The shopping center is a quick drive into Altavista as well as other attractions in Campbell County. The City of Lynchburg is less than thirty minutes north of the facility.
