Carole Peirson is a Dutch artist living on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, who creates oil paintings in the style of the Old Masters. Her realistic paintings of still lifes, landscapes, flowers etc. have a luminous quality because of the glazing technique she uses combined with a detailed "handwriting".
