Stevie's Soft Serve Ice Cream was started in 2007. We are located in Kilmarnock, VA. on N. Main St. (Route 3). In what is called the Northern Neck area of VA. We are between Peeble's and Farm & Home Supply Store. Close to Reedville, White Stone, Mathews and Urbanna. When you come to the Chesapeake Bay please come out and enjoy our ice cream treats.
