Day One: Check into your Oceanfront Hotel, then breathe in the salt air as you take an afternoon stroll by foot or on a 4- or 6-seat surrey bike to explore the expansive Virginia Beach boardwalk. Be sure to stop at King Neptune for a great photo opportunity. Enjoy local coastal cuisine at Waterman’s overlooking the majestic Atlantic Ocean

Day Two: AM: Just being in Virginia Beach puts you in a relaxed state of mind. Visit Edgar Cayce’s Association for Research and Enlightment for insight into our dream lives, exercise to help reach a state of balance, and the amazing history of this visionary man. Explore natural history at the Virginia Aquarium. The Restless Planet takes you nose to nose with komodo dragons, hedgehogs and more. PM: After Lunch at Rockafellers, enjoy a riding tour of Cape Henry & First Landing State Park, site of where the first permanent English settlers stepped on the continent Enjoy Dinner tonight at Lynnhaven Fish House, with its great view of the Chesapeake Bay.

Day Three: AM: Time to be creative, with a tour of the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art. Experience the sounds of freedom, with a tour of the master jet base, Naval Air Station Oceana. See some of the most sophisticated aircraft in the world.  PM: Enjoy an edible roots walking tour. Experience how strange and wonderful nature really is- and how worth conserving. Its knowledge you can take with you.

Day Four: Experience the Virginia Beach Home and Gardens Tour. This year’s theme is The Art in Gardening. The Tour includes 5 private homes ranging from a formal "European Style" house to a "cottage of collectables" Tonight visit Town Center, where an evening of great cuisine awaits.
