Day 1
Meet your local guide for a Welcome to Norfolk Riding Tour and learn about this historic seaport's rich 330-year history. Then, enjoy a docent guided tour at the newly renovated Chrysler Museum of Art, one of the top 20 museums in the country. Stop at Doumar's for a delicious ice cream treat. The Doumar family invented the world's first ice cream cone machine and has recently been featured on the Food Network's "Diner's, Dive's and Drive-In's". Dinner tonight will be included at the charming Freemason Abbey restaurant,

Day 2
Following breakfast, depart with your guide to visit the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Enjoy a fascinating stop at Wallops Flight Facility, NASA's principal facility for aeronautic research and the site where more than 16,000 rockets launched into space. Nearby, enjoy lunch at a family-owned and –operated establishment that has been serving up the best local seafood for over fifty years.

On the return trip, stop at a local vineyard for a fun, engaging and relaxing wine experience led by a certified Sommelier.  Top off your day with a unique dining experience while overlooking the Chesapeake Bay on one of the seven engineering wonders of the world

Day 3
Depart with your guide to visit a local bake shop where you will learn about the art of bread baking in wood fired ovens then sample delicious artisanal breads. Next, through your exploration of the "Mermaid City" enjoy spotting the many life-size mermaid statues. When you spot one, give a shout, 'There goes a mermaid!' Show your creativity by painting-your-own mermaid as a memento of your time in Coastal Virginia. Next, get the behind-the-scene experiences at nearby microbreweries as you sample the unique blends of local brew masters. Grab lunch on your own at one of the many food trucks that call Norfolk home. Explore a local's favorite seafood spot for dinner tonight and enjoy a Chesapeake Bay Crab Pickin!

Day 4
Following breakfast and check out, depart with your guide for Virginia Beach's original candy maker to sample the original salt water taffy selections. Virginia Beach is home to a rich agricultural history and many restaurants take advantage of year-round produce, dairy and meats. Tour a local farmer's market to taste samplings of Virginia's Finest. Depart for home with fond memories of your time in Coastal Virginia.
