Day One

Winchester welcomes the Women of the World to come relax and have fun in the oldest  and most vibrant city west of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Enjoy the gardens and historic homes of Winchester and Frederick County. Many of our historic homes offer options for tea, special gardening programs, and you can even enjoy the Gardens at Night at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley.

Indulge in a spa treatment at one of our many spas. Several of our spas offer deluxe massages, facials, and other treatments to refresh and relax your aching muscles. You'll leave them feeling like a new you! Venture to Veramar Vineyard or Valerie Hill Vineyard and Winery for grapes, scenic mountain views and award-winning wines. Plan to spend more than an hour just enjoying the fruits of nature.

Dinner in Old Town Winchester will be tough choice. So plan to have appetizers at one restaurant, dinner at another, then dessert at yet another. Mix it up! Many dining establishments offer outdoor seating.

Be entertained at one of our numerous cinemas or live theatre productions. Shenandoah Conservatory stages over 100 performances in music, theatre, and dance, and ranks as one of the nation's premier conservatories.

Day Two

Shop! Shop! Shop! Winchester is home to many fine boutiques, craft, thrift, and antique stores. Be sure to visit Creekside Station, a premier shopping destination with main street friendliness and city sophistication.

Plan to spend some time at one of our many farm markets. Enjoy peaches, green beans, rasberries, and of course, apples! Pick-your-own or simply purchase some to take home for some great pies. Plan to pack an extra bag for your purchases and souvenirs from your girlfriend getaway!
