We go all the way around the island, see over 21 miles of unique coastlines. Travel to areas of Chincoteague and Assateague that are rarely seen by anyone else.
Sailing from April 1st to December 1st. Trips are typically 2 hours and go all the way around the island. See Chincoteague and Assateague from the water, in addition to wildlife, ponies, and waterfowl. During the trip it is not unusual to encounter dolphins, sea turtles, bull nose rays and other large marine life. Hear oral history and stories of the islands as told by Captain Dan or his father Captain Ray, whose family first arrived on Chincoteague Island in 1780. Captain Dan spends his winter months fishing commercially 70 miles offshore for lobster, sea bass, monkfish and scallops. Dan and Ray have also worked with oysters and clams and can explain those fisheries and others in great detail.
