Edgar Allan Poe spent more time in Richmond than any other city. With your guide, explore the sites that carry the most memory for him, including his marriage site, the site of the Southern Literary Messenger, his mother's grave, and the house where he rekindled romance with his first love on the eve of his untimely death. Features a costumed interpreter.

Preregistration is required. Tour cost is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors/military, $5 for children ages 6-12, and free for children five and under. Meet at the front gate of St. John's Church. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring your own canteen and receipt. Please note that the route may not be stroller-compatible, but we will assist if necessary.
