The CVC staff helps visitors identify lodging options, provides information on local retail shopping centers and restaurants, and advises group tour operators of local historical, cultural, and recreation options. A dedicated sales staff also assists meeting planners and sports organizations in securing space and lodging for events. The Fairfax County Visitors Center, run by Visit Fairfax, is located at Tysons Corner Center in McLean, Virginia, just off Interstate 495. The center is open 9am-5pm seven days a week.
