Nestled on the back roads of Waterford is Virginia's first winery and brewery. Jim and Lori Corcoran, owners of Corcoran Vineyards, recently expanded their successful business by adding to it a new venture, Corcoran Brewing Company. Located on the same property as the winery, Corcoran Brewing is a nano-brewery (smaller than a microbrewery) that hopes to be the first to use 100% Virginian grown products to produce their beer. The brews are available for onsite tasting, purchase by the glass and growler sales.
