Kilaurwen Winery, LLC, is an inter-generational family enterprise. Since 1994, they have grown wine grapes for many of Virginia's finest wineries and still do. In recognition of the family orientation, the vineyard, and now winery, was named after their three daughters- Kimberlee, Laura, and Wendy although they appreciate the Gaelic lilt to the name which is also part of the family heritage. Quickly becoming well known, their riesling was selected to be served at the 2011 Wine Blogger's Convention.
