About the Loudoun Convention & Visitors Association

LCVA Services
The Loudoun Convention & Visitors Association (LCVA) is the destination management organization for Loudoun County and its towns. Our goal is to provide you with a one-stop source of information and services to help you plan and implement a successful meeting or event. And the best part? It's absolutely free. Submit an RFP to us and we will do the work for you!

PRE-BOOKING SERVICES
When you start the planning process, contact the LCVA and you will be connected with the sales manager who specializes in your particular market or the type of event you are planning. We will do the work for you - and you will get the credit!

RFP Assistance
There is no need to call facility after facility trying to find appropriate meeting space or the best rate. We make things simple for you by sending your RFP to qualified facilities that meet your criteria. We gather their responses and then provide you with all the information you need to make a decision.

Familiarization Tours and Site Inspections
Our sales team will pre-arrange familiarization tours and site inspections at facilities suitable for your meeting or event, and accompany you on those visits. This allows you to meet the individuals who will be working with you and tour the properties to see which best suits your needs.

Overnight Accommodations
If you need overnight accommodations not provided by the meeting facility you choose, we will obtain group rates at nearby hotels that suit your needs.

POST-BOOKING SERVICES
Once you have booked your meeting, we will work with you to provide a wide range of services to make sure that your meeting is a success and that your attendees feel at home in Loudoun.

Local Service Referrals
The LCVA has information on local service providers, including caterers, photographers, transportation companies, etc. and will assist you in finding local vendors that can provide the onsite services you need. We can also recommend speaker and educational resources.
 

Pre-Meeting Brochures and Webpage
We can provide Loudoun County marketing materials, images, and a dedicated page on our website to help you pre-sell your meeting to possible attendees and help them plan their free time while they are here, including group or individual tours and activities, shopping, and dining. Publicity
The LCVA can distribute your media releases to targeted media to generate interest in your meeting or event, and can also prepare media releases on your behalf.
 

On-Site Welcome Desk and Visitor Materials
The LCVA can provide a visitor information desk during your meeting registration to distribute area information including ideas for dining and shopping and answer any questions your attendees may have. Or, we can also prepare welcome packets with visitor publications for your attendees with a personalized welcome letter for you to distribute.

Cooking Classes, Culinary Tours, and Wine
Loudoun is a culinary aficionado's destination.
