The Scoop: When Virginia.org reaches 100,000 visitors in the month of May, 10 winners will be drawn at random to receive the first prize pack. The remaining prize packs will be unlocked each time Virginia.org realizes another 100,000 visits. Once we cross the 1,000,000 mark, one grand prize winner will be drawn at random.
