Northumberland County, Virginia:

Northumberland County is located at the northeastern tip of the Northern Neck peninsula in the Chesapeake Bay region of Virginia. It is bounded on the north by the Potomac River and on the east by the Chesapeake Bay, making it a water-lover's paradise.
