  • August is Virginia Craft Beer Month

    Drink Local.

    Virginia offers true local flavor at more than 60 craft breweries, restaurants and bars, all with local love on tap. Explore the trails - Nelson 151 Trail, the Red, White and Brew Trail, the Brew Ridge Trail, or Virginia's Blue Ridge Beer Loop - for beautiful scenery, delicious, locally-sourced meals and some of Virginia's finest craft beer.

    Create your own "Wolf Pack" or perhaps dub it a "Howlers & Growlers" tour when you tap-travel to BadWolf in Manassas, Wild Wolf in Nellysford and Wolf Hills in Abingdon.

    Color-code your brews blue with tastings at Blue & Gray in Fredericksburg, Blue Lab in Lexington, Blue Mountain Barrel House in Arrington and Blue Mountain Brewery in Afton.

    Thousands of craft beer lovers from Virginia and surrounding states will be descending on the Devils Backbone Basecamp to celebrate Virginia’s amazing craft beer industry.

    A wide variety of beer styles from more than 50 breweries across Virginia are available for tasting — including a few sneak peeks of upcoming beers from your favorite Virginia Craft Breweries.
