Teams of three must build a boat using only one 4 by 8 foot sheet of plywood, two 2 by 4&apos;s, one pound of fasteners and duct tape. Glue, caulk and epoxy are not allowed. There are two age categories: 12 and under and over 13 years old. Entry includes t-shirt.</description>
