In the event of a dispute regarding on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized holder of the e-mail account submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by the Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for arranging e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Rules are subject to any requirements/limitations imposed by the FCC.    Sweepstakes period runs from March 1, 2005 - May 22, 2005.
   

1. PRIZE: A two-night, three-day stay for a family of four (4) at The Boars Head Inn in Charlottsville, Virginia. The offer is valid until 12/30/05. Reservations must be made no more than 21 days prior to arrival.
2. Included in the prize is a tour of Thomas Jefferson's historic home, Monticello and a tour of the Jefferson Vineyards.
4. WINNER SELECTION: Selection of the winner for the vacation will be made at random at Virginia Tourism Corporation, 901 East Byrd Street, Richmond, VA 23219, on May 23, 2005 at 12:00 noon. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
