Appalachia - The Appalachia Cultural Arts Center hosts art exhibits, musical entertainment, and local events and has quickly drawn the best of the potters, weavers, artists and sculptors who work in the inspired beauty of Southwest Virginia's mountain scenery.
Marion - Gary Carroll's Sugar Run baskets are made the old-fashioned way with hand tools such as a drawknife, froe and axe. Made out of white oak, the baskets are decorative and functional, and can be purchased at Handsome Molly's.
Gate City - Clinch Mountain Arts & Crafts features art and craft works by over 100 artists in the Clinch Mountain region - Roanoke to Knoxville.
Hiltons - Foggy Bottom Dulcimers has been crafting dulcimers and various woodturnings for 15 years. Handmade lamps and primitive picture frames are also displayed in the studio.

Abingdon - 'Round the Mountain is working to link travelers to artisan studios, galleries, craft venues, farms, vineyards, and other creative points of interest in Southwest Virginia. Their website offers a Craft Registry that allows you to search artisans, craft venues, and farms in a variety of ways, such as type of craft, location, artisan name, type of venue and more!
Floyd - 16 Hands is a cooperative of eight artists - a woodworker, Brad Warstler, and seven potters (Ellen Shankin, Stacy Snyder, Slivie Granatelli, Donna Polseno, Richard Hensley, and David Crane). Take the 16 Hands Studio Tour each spring and fall to see each artist at work and purchase their beautiful pieces.
Rugby - Master luthier Wayne Henderson passionately creates world-renowned guitars in between impromtu jam sessions with musicians who may pop in his shop. Henderson has created guitars for the likes of Eric Clapton and Doc Watson.
Rocky Mount - The Artisan Center Along the Crooked Road promotes and highlights many of the things that make this region special by featuring the work of over 58 local and area artists and authors.

Onancock - Willie Crockett's paintings are recognized as among the most honest portrayals of the Chesapeake's drama and beauty. Best known for his wildlife art, he transmits to his paintings an ever fresh view of the Eastern Shore landscape, the wildfowl and the marsh. Visit him at his gallery and studio.
Onley - William and David Turner are world-renowned sculptors of bronze life-size and miniature wildlife and waterfowl figures. The Turner Foundry and Gallery displays their magnificent works of art.
Painter - For Mary Onley, also known as Mama Girl, her whimsical paper-maché figures are a result of prayer and years of working in the fields. Each piece is carefully hand-crafted in her studio on Virginia's Eastern Shore.
Onancock - Richardson Gallery started out simply as a studio for Jack Richardson's use creating the paintings he is famous for. He paints in an impressionistic style with the focus on local landscape done on location and larger interpretations done in the studio.

Mathews - Bay School Community Arts Center is a multi-faceted arts and education organization. Tt offers lectures, demonstrations, art exhibits in their gallery and other programs of interest to the public.
Foster - Choose from a multitude of Chesapeake Bay Wildlife themed pottery, wall pieces, decorative tiles, bird houses and more at The Poddery. They're open every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.!
Heathsville - Andrew Pitts is a furniture maker in Northumberland County. Most of his hardwood creations are from local trees that have fallen in storms in the Northern Neck. Sturdily built beds, tables and nightstands are meant for and hold up under every day use. Quality is key for Pitts.
Lottsburg - Bill Martz' Shop and Gallery at 2515 - This "Open with a Phone Call" Shop features original paintings and reproductions of artist Bill Martz, known for his passionate portrayal of life in his part of the Chesapeake Bay for more than three decades.

Round Hill - At the Round Hill Arts Center Gallery one will find the wonderful works by Virginia artisans. RHAC seeks to blur the line which, in the mind of the individual, often separates fine crafts (or "folk arts"), such as woodworking, basketry, weaving, and blacksmithing, from the fine arts: painting, photography, drawing, printmaking and sculpture. To that end, our programs and gallery encourage the juxtaposition of elements of the craft and fine arts traditions.
Fredericksburg - Wm Mason II Violin Shop is located in the Historic Farmers Creamery building The two professional luthiers trained in the Cremona Style of violin making follow the tradition of Amati and Stradivari. We build, repair and restore violins, violas, celli and bass as well as rehair and repair bows.
