Join the region's best traditional musicians at this event featuring bluegrass and old-time music. From time to time, the stage is also shared by bluegrass bands from all around. A portion of festival proceeds goes to a scholarship fund for local young musicians. More than $160,500 was awarded in 2016. Tickets are available at the park entrance. Parking is $5 per in-state vehicle and $7 per out-of-state vehicle. Tickets are $20 per person. Children 12 and under get in free when accompanied by a paying adult. Food and drink are available, and children's activities are held throughout the day.
