Kings Dominion (located on I95 between Richmond and Fredericksburg) announced yesterday that they will build the tallest and fastest gravity driven roller coaster on the East Coast. The new ride, The Intimidator 305, will open in 2010, and garner screams with a 300 foot drop, speeds of 90 MPH and 5,100 feet of steel track.
