Reston is a town in Fairfax County in the Northern Virginia Region, west of Washington, D.C.
Although Reston does not have a central business district, the Reston Town Center is a focal point for business and transportation connections within the community. It is home to the Reston Town Center Ice Skating Pavilion and many events throughout the year. Reston also is near the booming Dulles Technology Corridor.
Careful planning and zoning within the town allows for common grounds, several parks, wooded areas and streams as well as plenty of pathways for walkers and bikers.
The U.S. Geological Survey Library is in Reston as well as the Reston Conservatory Ballet.
