Located on Rt. 50, Briar Patch is just 20 minutes from Dulles Airport and about an hour from Washington, DC. Stay in one of our 8 antique-decorated rooms in the 200 year old main house or in our cozy one-bedroom cottage. Sit on our front veranda overlooking the Bull Run Mountains while sipping Virginia wine, reading a book, or viewing the horses grazing in our fields. Swim in our large pool or soak in our hot tub year round. Learn of the Civil War battle fought on Briar Patch land. Area attractions include hiking, biking, horseback riding, tennis, golf, scenic drives, visiting wineries, antiquing, and eating in the area's fine restaurants. We host weddings and other events.
