Driving Directions

Live like a Civil War soldier at America's newest participatory experience! Recruits dress in Union or Confederate uniforms, sleep in recreated encampments, and eat Civil War era meals. As privates in the Army, recruits drill with muskets, decode signals, march into skirmishes, participate in medical demonstrations and picket duty, fire mortars and more!

Featured on the Travel Channel, in USA Today and the Washington Post, this unique overnight experience is fun and educational for children over 8, teens and adults. The camp is equipped with modern locker facilities, a cookhouse, and overnight sleeping quarters.

Perfect for scout troops, church youth groups, and corporate groups, Civil War Adventure Camps can be scheduled for pre-formed groups of 20-55 people on any available date of the year. Call to register your group today!
