Locality: Middlesex County 137 Hamble Lane Rte 636 Deltaville, VA 23043 Sanderling House B&B and Pine Tree Cottage are set on the banks of Broad Creek in Deltaville. We have Walter's Marina on site which means one can arrive by boat or arrive with trailerable boat, with notice. We have special Sailing School packages with the Virginia School of Sailing and Norton's Sailing School; please enquire. The main B&B house has three rooms, each with their own bathroom and each with queen sized bed; the Garden Room has the extra of a whirlpool tub. Pine Tree Cottage sleeps 6 comfortably, has its own full kitchen, living and dining rooms. Two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the cottage overlooks Broad Creek and the Marina. It is always a particular favorite for families and those traveling with animals. The minimum stay in the Cottage is 2 nights and the B&B is 1 night. We look forward to seeing you!
