Locality: Greene County Greene County Fairgrounds Route 230 (Madison Road) off of Route 33 Business Stanardsville, VA 22973 Come to Greene County, Virginia to experience the fun and back-home warmth of a real, rural county fair and its people. Music, carnival rides, home made food and craft exhibits, farm animal auctions, great fair food and much more in a beautiful setting at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The fair ends on Saturday with a rip-roaring demolition derby. Greene County is less than 30 minutes drive from both Charlottesville and Harrisonburg.
