Locality: Chesterfield County Knox Springs Farm 21100 Halloway Ave. Matoaca, VA 23803 Driving Directions The event will be held on the grounds of Knox Springs Farm, located at 21100 Halloway Ave. Participants include: St.Andrews Legion Pipes and Drums, vintage cars and trucks, Native Americans, Civil War and WWII reenactors, civic groups, historical displays. There will be piping performances and other musical entertainment. There will be merchandise and food vendors. There is a fee of $1.00 per car.
