Locality: Waynesboro City Downtown Waynesboro Main Street and Wayne Avenue Waynesboro, VA 22980 Downtown Waynesboro Comes Alive every 3rd Friday of the month for a night of cultural displays, late night shopping and dining. Enjoy a bite to eat at one of the many unique restaurants offering a wide range of menus from the locally grown organic fare, to Mediterranean fine dining or the mouth watering down home Barbeque. Walking the streets of downtown you can drop in on the live radio show which always features live music, comedy and of course the traditional cliff hanging serial which is always “to be continued”. Enjoy free wine and beer tastings at the local art and wine emporium. The docents at the Waynesboro Heritage Museum always enjoy sharing information on their most recent revolving display. Art plays a major role in the 3rd Friday’s event. The Shenandoah Art Center has hands on art demonstrations for kids young and old.
