The Cavalier Oceanfront
Virginia Beach, VA
Virginia Green is the Commonwealth of Virginia’s campaign to promote environmentally-friendly practices in all aspects of Virginia’s tourism industry. Virginia Green has established "core activities" specific to each sector of tourism, and these practices are considered the required minimum for participation in the program. However, Virginia Green encourages its participants to reduce their environmental impacts in all aspects of their operations, and this profile provides a full list of all their “green” activities. These are the activities that guests / customers can expect to find when they visit this facility.

Resort Hotel & Beach Club Convention Center
We believe it is our responsibility to do our part for not only the city, yet the state / country...helping make people aware that recycling can happen even on such a large scale of a hotel property like our's...knowing these actions will benefit us now, and our childrens' future.
We use local produce when available within our restaurants, maintain a garden on property supplying different berries, herbs and produce when in season, monitor where we purchase frech fish and other supplies from.
