Historical Significance

The Log House 1776 Restaurant is a 200 year-old home made of huge cedar and oak logs. The Wilderness Road passed just behind the original part of the house before Main Street was ever built. This made the house a prime location for travelers and a current site in the Historic Wytheville District.
