Join us as we distill our lavender from this years harvest. USLGA 20 liter copper alembic still we create small batch essential oils and Hydrosol using Lavender from the farm. Learn how to choose which varieties to distill, how to pack the still and manage the process for oils, or Hydrosol. This will take place under the tent in the gardens. Come early to cut some of your own Lavender, one bunch to take home is included in the class registration.
