The Chrysler Museum has 50 galleries, a growing collection of more than 30,000 objects, an interactive space for families, and the only glass studio of its kind in the Mid-Atlantic region. Best of all, admission is free.
Its nationally recognized collection includes paintings, sculpture, glass, photography, and decorative arts. The Museum mounts an ambitious schedule of exhibitions and educational programs each season. The Chrysler Museum campus also includes a research art library and a historic house.
THE PERRY GLASS STUDIO
Discover how masterpieces in the Chrysler Museum’s glass collection were made. The Studio offers free live glassmaking demonstrations and a variety of glassmaking classes for all skill levels.
THE JEAN OUTLAND CHRYSLER LIBRARY AND MOSES MYERS HOUSE
A premier resource for artists and students, the Jean Outland Chrysler Library is a closed-stacks, non-lending library. The Moses Myers House is the oldest Jewish home in America open to the public as a museum and introduces visitors to the life of an early 19th-century merchant family.
