Warrenton was established as a crossroads town during early settlements and grew during the civil war with the railroad providing additional growth. Even though the railroad no longer crosses through town, Warrenton celebrates its history with an old caboose, a greenspace named Depot Park, and a well-known restaurant, Claire's at the Depot. The LOVEwork sign is constructed with steel having the letters of LOVE transformed into a steam train and placed on railroad ties. The sign has a place for adults and children alike to sit on a bench along the train to take selfies and photographs galore while visiting Depot Park. Photo: Dorothy Smith. #LOVEwarrenton
