The Downtown Elkton LOVEwork was completed in Fall 2020 by students, teachers and volunteers of Riverbend Elementary School, west of Elkton. The mural represents the school’s Character Counts Pillars and was coordinated with its mural club in partnership with the Elkton Downtown Revitalization Corporation.
