Glass House Winery is a boutique winery in the heart of the Monticello Wine Trail, and on the Appellation Trail. We make 100% hand-crafted Virginia wines and our own brand of handmade chocolates. Our tasting room opens to the deck with seating that overlooks the lake and dock, and is connected to the glass conservatory which is brimming with blooming plants and fruits.
We are open Thursdays through Sundays (and holiday Mondays) noon-5:30 p.m, and until 9pm on Fridays. Tastings are $10 ($12 if you want to take home the logo etched wine glass) and include a sample of our hand-crafted chocolate. We host live music weekly and most events are free and open to the public, check our event listings for the next featured local musician(s). Bring a picnic and enjoy our patio seating while you enjoy our wines by the glass or by the bottle.
Surrounded by the beauty of the Blue Ridge, and with abundant seating and parking, we are an ideal venue for private events. Contact us for further information.
